Agreed, for all the reasons you mentioned. Second-hand smoke kills 53,800 people per year in the US alone. That’s the amount of people we lost in the Vietnam War. Where’s the outrage? It’s not enough to talk. We must get laws passed and enforced that protect us from having to breathe second-hand smoke, everywhere. We should be protected whether we live in an apartment, whether we’re entering or leaving a building, or even driving or walking on public streets.
