Been playing with Scratchpad recently, pretty cool online editor. Very smooth interface, very responsive to edits. Love that I can share files, but wish I could open files that exist outside of Scratchpad and edit them there, rather than having to copy/paste (this feature is planned, according to the authors, and is really not that big of a deal). Also doesn’t appear that <script> tags work, but there’s that.
What would be really fantastic would be if this were then connected, somehow, to an actual site, so I could open files online, edit them, save them, and have them be live… Of course, you would then need some form of staging/testing area, so… bah! :-)
Cool product, easy way to dev and share without something like DropBox or email.
