That’s what my good friend, Dan Mendelsohn, had to say to me yesterday. And Dan is right, my last post was September 30… that’s nearly, what, 4-5 months in Internet-time?
Well, my lag has been (I think) well-justified… We at the UX Test Kitchen just launched our second official client site last night! The Orphaned Starfish Foundation, founded in 2001, partners with orphanages throughout Latin America to help orphans develop vocational skills so they will be able to provide for themselves and grow into successful adults. They’re really quite an incredible organization and we couldn’t be more honored to have been able to work with them!
And they now have a beautiful, shiny new web presence to help them with their mission! Beyond the beautiful design created by our partner, Andrew Tupper, of Kern+Lead, and the brilliant UX provided by Dawn, the site also boasts HTML5, a healthy dose of CSS3, some jQuery magic, Microformats (of course!), only a smidge of IE-work-arounds, and is based, as usual, in WordPress…
Have a look, won’t you, and please let me know what you think!! We couldn’t be happier, and I couldn’t be more exhausted…
So, it’s off to bed, where surely dreams of sugar plums and associated arrays will dance in my head…
Happy dreams,
Atg
